Shipping costs is a flat price of AED 10 anywhere within UAE. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

You can return a purchased item within 10 days from the date of delivery if the item is in its original packaging and has packaging has not been tampered with, and in the same condition as when you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After 10 days from the date of delivery it unfortunately is no longer possible to return the item. We aim for full satisfaction and hence you can return your item free of charge.
