Care for Your Clothes
We believe beautiful clothes should be worn and loved for years. Caring for your garments helps preserve their quality, extends their life and reduces unnecessary waste.
Lifetime Repair Warranty
We design our clothes to be worn for years, not seasons. That is why every eligible Sustainably U garment comes with our Lifetime Repair Warranty. If your piece needs a repair, we will repair it free of charge, helping you keep the clothes you love in use for longer.
Need a repair? Contact us with your order number, photos and a brief description of the issue. Once we receive your garment, our team will assess it and aim to complete eligible repairs within 7–10 working days.
Repairs are free under our Lifetime Repair Warranty. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending and returning the garment to our store or workshop.
Please keep the Sustainably U back label whenever possible. It helps us authenticate your garment and supports its history if the piece is later repaired, resold or returned through our take-back programme.
Resell, Upcycle or Donate
When you are ready to part with a Sustainably U piece, it doesn’t have to become waste. Through our take-back programme, we help keep our garments in circulation for longer through resale, upcycling, donation or responsible recycling.
Return an eligible Sustainably U garment to us and receive 15% store credit towards a future purchase. Pieces suitable for a second life are passed on through our circularity partners, including Thrift for Good, while garments that cannot be reworn may be repaired, upcycled or responsibly recycled.
Because the end of your wardrobe doesn’t have to be the end of the garment.
